How do I use my gift code?

Gift codes can be applied at the final payment page of an order by entering the gift credit code and clicking “apply.” The gift credit amount can cover product, shipping or tax. Your credit will not expire, and any remaining balance can be used for a future purchase. If your code does not cover the full cost of your order, you will need to enter credit card information to pay for the remaining amount due. You can apply multiple codes to an order.

If you received an email stating you received a Store Credit it is automatically stored to the account the email was sent to. If you have a preexisting account with any other email attached to the account, you will need to update your account to the email address the store credit was emailed to. The store credit is only valid for the email it was sent to. During checkout the store credit will appear as an ability to apply to payment. You will not need to reenter the code, but you need to click “apply” for it to apply to you order.

 

Where can I see my available gift code(s)?

Go to Shopping Cart, My Account, and then Account Info.

How do I comment that this is a Rush Order?

Make your comments about your specific in-hands date in the review section at check out. 

 

Why am I not seeing my password reset email? 

Please check all email accounts that were previously set up on the brand store and your spam folder. Some users have been known to use personal email addresses for notifications rather than their Aya email address to log-in.

 

What if I’m not seeing what I’m looking for on the company store?

You can send us suggestions for items you'd like to see in the Contact Us section.

 

What if the item I purchased is out of stock?

If your selection is out of stock or discontinued, we will cancel the order and will refund you. We will reach out via email to alert you of which item(s) are not available. We will also refund any related tax and shipping.

 

How long will my order take? 

Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks to be produced and delivered. Rush options are available. If you need a rush, we recommend that you Contact Us to confirm the timeline and any additional cost.

 

Is payroll deduction available?

Payroll deduction is not currently available. Orders must be pre-paid with a credit card.

 

Do employees get an additional discount?

Your company store is priced for employee use, there are no additional discounts.
